Welcome and congratulations for taking the first step towards achieving your fitness goals. My name is James Lang and I am an NASM certified elite trainer with years of experience. I truly enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities. I have spent the past several years honing my craft as well as coaching high school lacrosse in the metropolitan DC area.

 

I am passionate about helping people feel their best! My goal is to help you safely reach your fitness goals and full potential while keeping you motivated and healthy. During our initial consult, I will learn about your goals and identify your needs so that I can customize an effective exercise program that will keep you engaged and inspired. I specialize in most training methods, including strength/core training, endurance and speed development, flexibility, weight loss, and shredding.

 

I have experience working with clients of all ages, one-on-one and in groups. You will find that my workouts are fun, fresh and always up to date. I truly believe that I have the best job in the world, helping others lead healthier and happier lives!
