Service Description

You select the location for your session and we will come to you. 20 Pack gives you a $15 discount on each Individual PT Session, and expires 90 days after purchase. Each session lasts 60 minutes. This Package is for Individual Training only, for small group training please see Group Training Page. Free Travel up to 30 mile radius of Bethesda, MD. Anything outside of that radius will require additional costs. Please contact me before booking to discuss.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or to reschedule please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged.
